At the opening ceremony, Bai Wei, Secretary of the 188bet Committee of the College, delivered a mobilization speech entitled "Strive to Strive for a New Journey, Become a Deep and Go to the Future", and put forward new requirements to all participating cadres from three aspects: First, we must improve our position and learn political determination. It is reported that this training will consist of four special topics.
