At the beginning of management, the total number of elevators nationwide reached more than 10,000, and the failure rate remained high. There were hundreds of fault information reported daily. How to manage it, it became a mountain in front of me.
The management of equipment and facilities is a gradual process, and the concept of the entire life cycle is also the main management method implemented in the industry. I combined theory with practice and divided it into several stages in management, establishing the entire life cycle archive of elevator equipment under the national system, and then standardizing the collected fault problems to facilitate later data analysis. Secondly, clarify the responsibility, contact the three major elevator manufacturers of strategic cooperation to deal with fault problems, and finally optimize internal management to achieve the purpose of combining internal and external and joint management.
