Each department:
In order to conscientiously implement the regulations on electronic registration management of higher education academic qualifications certificates and further standardize the graduation qualification review, electronic registration management of academic qualifications and 188bet management of our school. In order to do a good job in the review of the graduation qualifications and bachelor's 188bet re-issue qualifications for the 2021 students, please attach great importance to it and do the relevant work seriously in accordance with the schedule.
1. Graduation and 188bet Award Qualification Review Work
The graduation review work of the 2021 class is subject to four-level review: each department is divided into the 188bet committee review, the 188bet committee office review, the 188bet committee evaluation, and the school principal's office meeting approval.
(I) Review basis
Graduation qualification review is implemented in accordance with the "School Account Management Regulations (Revised)" of our school; the 188bet review of undergraduate graduates is implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Bachelor's 188bet Awarding" (Shen Kefa [2018] No. 173); the scores of the proposed graduates shall be subject to the reviewed scores in the academic affairs system.
(II) Review content and requirements
The 188bet committees of each department carry out graduation qualification review and 188bet qualification review, and are responsible for the graduation qualification and 188bet qualification review of the department. Based on the above review basis and the relevant documents such as the training plan for various professional talents, graduates will be reviewed in terms of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor.
(III) Graduation Review Work Schedule
2. Overall work requirements
1. Graduation review is a task with great responsibility, tight time and heavy tasks. It involves the issuance of graduate diplomas and 188bet certificates, which affects the smooth progress of graduation work and campus stability. Leaders of all departments and departments should attach great importance to it and organize and carry out various tasks carefully and meticulously.
Some 188bet committees and specific staff of each department should conduct statistics, classification and verification of graduate materials on time and accurately with a highly responsible attitude towards students. The materials on which the review basis must be rigorous, true and accurate.
2. After the graduation review results are determined, some 188bet committees of each department should organize ideological work for graduates and students who have not obtained bachelor's 188bet qualifications, organize students' conversations and keep conversation records for reference.
For graduates, students who have graduated can apply to the Academic Affairs Office for course exams and receive credits after graduation and leaving school. Among them, the rework of internship experimental courses and graduation design (thesis) must be carried out according to the arrangement of the next first grade.
